Room furnishings and layout were comfortable and stylish. The hotel was quiet which made sleeping easy. Breakfast was decent.
Staff lied and claimed it was because of the season or my preference despite other Chinese guests having the same issues. Unprofessional attitude towards guests and lack of care for their comfort.

The room was stylishly furnished and we had a comfortable stay at our hotel. Another plus point was that the hotel was very quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day out exploring. the breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory, with a decent selection of foods to choose from.
It was quite disappointing as the air conditioning in our first room was not functioning properly and even after bringing it to their attention multiple times, the issue was not resolved. other guests were also complaining about the same problem and we suspect that it was an attempt by the hotel to save on energy costs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the luxurious amenities were impressive and our exclusive room had all the necessary comforts. the restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious dishes and the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to relax with a drink. We especially loved the stunning sun terrace, which offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding environment.
Despite reporting the problem twice, it was not fully resolved, and we had to switch rooms to find a suitable temperature.
